Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 2026
These terms describe the current Yekal V1 launch flow for the fixed Booking Launch License. They should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production use.
Human legal review required
This page reflects the current Yekal V1 checkout, delivery, and support workflow. It is an operational summary, not legal advice, and may need jurisdiction-specific updates before launch.
Launch package boundaries before purchase
These terms summarize the current first-buyer commercial boundary alongside checkout and delivery.
- The public launch package includes Yekal Booking only, not future platforms or future tiers.
- The standard public scope is one commercial deployment unless separately expanded in writing.
- Hosting, infrastructure, domains, and third-party provider fees are not included.
- Support is limited to handoff, delivery recovery, and documentation guidance unless separately agreed.
- Custom feature development, migration work, and buyer-specific implementation are separate scoped services.
- Yekal does not provide buyer-specific legal, tax, privacy, or compliance guarantees for your rollout.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, accessing, or using a Yekal source-code package, you agree to these Terms of Service and the related refund and privacy policies. If you do not agree, do not complete checkout or use the delivered materials.
2. License Grant
After verified payment, Yekal grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Yekal Booking Launch License for one commercial deployment unless a separate written agreement expands that scope. The current V1 public site sells Booking only, and delivery is fulfilled after server-side payment verification through GitHub access and email handoff.
3. License Restrictions
You may not share private repository access, resell or sublicense the source code beyond the rights included in your purchased tier, remove ownership notices, or use the materials in unlawful ways. You are responsible for securing your own deployment, team access, and provider accounts after delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
Yekal retains ownership of the underlying source code, branding, documentation, and other intellectual property except where a separate written agreement says otherwise. You own your lawful modifications, business configuration, and customer data, but the original package remains licensed rather than sold outright.
5. Support and Updates
Support, updates, and delivery recovery follow the fixed Booking Launch License and the public purchase terms shown before checkout. Unless separately agreed in writing, the launch package does not include hosting, third-party provider fees, unlimited implementation support, custom feature development, or ongoing operations for your deployed business. Pre-purchase and delivery recovery questions should go to support@yekal.com.
6. Refund Policy
Refund handling follows the public Refund Policy and must account for the fact that Yekal sells digital source-code access for one commercial deployment. Returning from checkout does not by itself prove fulfillment; source access begins only after verified payment and any approved refund ends the related license and delivery access.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yekal is provided as-is to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service from GitHub, Creem, Resend, hosting providers, or any third-party integration, and we do not provide buyer-specific legal, tax, privacy, or compliance guarantees for your rollout. You are responsible for validating the delivered source before using it in production. Any liability language here should be reviewed by counsel before launch.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate delivery access if you materially violate these terms, misuse repository access, or obtain a refund or chargeback for the purchase. If your license is terminated or refunded, you must stop using the affected source package and any remaining access may be revoked.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms as the launch operation changes. Updated terms apply once posted on this site, but material changes affecting completed purchases should be reviewed carefully and may require direct notice or legal review before enforcement.
10. Contact Information
For legal, support, or delivery questions about these terms, contact support@yekal.com or use the public contact page so we can route the request through the active V1 support workflow.
